"Well before it finished I was numb from its bludgeoning excess."

There was a couple of days in June where I was the only staffer around. They were long, busy days jumping from desk to shooting (a feature,) back to desk then again to shooting (a game,) but the variety was enjoyable. Here's a few too many from a couple of them.

Need to find my way past the grind and back to the back roads.

"As brash, rehashed gag-fests go, this easily passed the six laugh test — even before we got to the end credits."

I spent some time in Arizona for spring training. It was a nice change of pace from the usual daily grind, even if I didn't get anything really awesome out of it. Just a lot of walking.
